Transfer Waiver Request Process – Grades 11 & 12

You have determined that the student does not meet any of the presumptive eligibility provisions.

In order for the student to gain eligibility, please access the Transfer Waiver Request form in the document portal of the PIAA Website.  Click on the Login button in the top right hand corner of the page, and utilize your school access code to login.

In addition, for 11th and 12th grade students, even if declared eligible by the District Committee, the determination is for Regular Season Only.  In order to be declared eligible for postseason, the student must be granted a waiver by the District Committee.  Click here for more information.
